At Ascent Verify, we pride ourselves with only affiliating with servers we believe will serve our users well. When reviewing a server for affiliation, we use the following framework to ensure the server is in line with our standards.

I. Aesthetic and Functional Design

Servers wanting to affiliate with Ascent must hold a certain level of quality control with the designs they produce, whether this be their banners, website, client orders or other client facing graphics. In addition to them looking good, they must also be functional. For example, a website that has many pop-ups or animations that slow the progression of the website loading would not be considered functional.

II. Working Program/Software

When reviewing your server, Ascent staff will verify that any program custom made by the server (a bot, website etc.) is in a working conditions with few to no bugs. This is to ensure that our users have an easy time using your server. All interactions should be completed successfully and if a minor error does arise, the error message should be captured and displayed in a user friendly manner.

III. Verification Status

All servers that are affiliated with Ascent must be verified in the Ascent Verify Directory. This is another check to ensure that your server meets our qualifications. Affiliates will get a free Pro Plan for as long as the affiliation lasts. Servers are not expected to use all features Ascent offers.

IV. Response Times

Ascent expects that response times for orders, support tickets and anything else that requires a client-employee connection is completed within a reasonable time. Here are our expected values: Orders: Initial contact within 5 hours, Order completed/Ad scheduled within 3 days Support Ticket: Initial contact within 3 hours, issue resolved within 2 days

V. Server Setup

In order to provide quality experiences, Ascent expects that affiliate servers have an organized Discord channel structure that is easily navigated and makes sense to most users. This may be updated at any time. Please check this again before you want to affiliate. When these terms update, servers will be re-checked for our new quality standards. We recommend servers use our Affiliation Self Study tool to see if they gain compliance before applying!
