1. Legal & Platform Compliance
1.1 All users must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. 1.2 Violations of these Terms may be escalated to Discord Trust & Safety for further action. 1.3 Users must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements (13+ or the applicable regional equivalent) to use the platform. 1.4 Self-bots, unauthorized automation, or API abuse via user accounts is strictly prohibited.2. User Conduct Standards
2.1 Users must maintain professional and respectful communication at all times. 2.2 Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech in any form is strictly forbidden. 2.3 Trolling, baiting, or intentional disruption of the Service is not permitted. 2.4 Impersonation of other users, staff, or system accounts is prohibited.3. Bot Usage Policy
3.1 Commands must only be used in designated channels. 3.2 Excessive command usage, spam, or rate-limit abuse is prohibited. 3.3 Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior of the Service is forbidden. 3.4 Reverse engineering, probing, or stress-testing of systems without prior authorization is prohibited. 3.5 Attempting to bypass safeguards or moderation systems will result in immediate enforcement action.4. Security & Data Protection
4.1 Users must not share personal, sensitive, or confidential information within the Service. 4.2 Doxxing, phishing, or social engineering attempts are strictly prohibited. 4.3 Unauthorized access attempts to systems, APIs, or accounts are forbidden. 4.4 Security vulnerabilities must be reported privately to staff. Public disclosure is not permitted.5. Content Governance
5.1 NSFW, illegal, harmful, or exploitative content is prohibited. 5.2 Malware, scam links, or deceptive material are strictly forbidden. 5.3 All content must comply with applicable copyright and licensing laws. 5.4 Misuse of AI-generated content to deceive or cause harm is prohibited.6. Development & Proprietary Systems
6.1 Development channels are restricted to authorized use only. 6.2 Users must not leak, redistribute, or misuse proprietary code or features. 6.3 Testing of systems or features must follow provided instructions and remain within authorized scope. 6.4 Unauthorized integrations or modifications to the Service are prohibited.7. Infrastructure Protection
7.1 Any attempt to overload, disrupt, or degrade the Service is strictly prohibited. 7.2 Coordinated abuse, including raids or spam attacks, will result in immediate bans. 7.3 Use of alternate accounts to bypass restrictions is forbidden.8. Communication & Channels
8.1 Users must stay on-topic and use channels appropriately. 8.2 Spam, flooding, or excessive formatting is not permitted. 8.3 All pinned messages and channel-specific rules must be followed.9. Moderation & Enforcement
9.1 Staff decisions are final unless formally appealed through the appropriate channel. 9.2 Users must not publicly argue or contest moderation actions. 9.3 Penalties may include warnings, restrictions, or permanent bans, at staff discretion. 9.4 Ban evasion will result in immediate escalation of punishment.10. Audit & Logging
10.1 Server and Service activity may be logged for security and moderation purposes. 10.2 Abuse of logging systems, or attempts to evade logging, is prohibited.11. Liability & Disclaimer
11.1 Use of the Service’s bots and features is at the user’s own risk. 11.2 Staff and administrators are not liable for user-generated content. 11.3 Users are solely responsible for their own actions and the security of their accounts.12. Certification & Partnership Terms
12.1 Ascent may, at its sole discretion and at any time, terminate a server’s certification or partnership status if that server falls out of compliance with Ascent’s Application Requirements. 12.2 Termination of certification or partnership may occur with or without prior notice and does not require advance warning. 12.3 Servers seeking to regain certification following termination must submit a new application and satisfy all current Application Requirements in full. 12.4 Certification and partnership status are privileges granted at Ascent’s discretion and do not constitute a guaranteed or ongoing entitlement.13. Amendments
13.1 These Terms may be updated by Ascent at any time and without prior notice. 13.2 Continued use of the Service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.Non-compliance with these Terms will result in immediate enforcement action to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.
